Do you or anyone know where this 15 file limit comes from?

What it doesn't say is whether the description is in a short or full form for
the 15 files. Does it even matter, other than the latter mreply will be much
longer.

Any info on this is greatly appreciated as new version for Wildcat Winserver
is being developed so getting it right the first time is the idea.
