Did you leave the refigerator door open, or something?  Food should stay 
cold for at least 12 hours in an un-opened fridge.

Perhaps you should get a generator?

What?  Do you eat only canned or packaged/processed food?

Try some *FRESH* food.  Most of it is near ZERO sodium content.
