That's a shame, though I suppose to be expected with InspectA being a DOS 
program designed for Fidonet, and both DOS and Fido very much in their

Presumably anyone sufficiently determined could track him down and arrange 
a key, especially if they wanted to pay for it.  I tracked down Graham 
Stair (PATHS) a few years back through the good offices of (a) someone in 
Oz who knew he worked for 3M, and (b) the people at 3M who forwarded my 
email.
