It was complaining of a missing diff, when there wasn't one - even after I'd 
downloaded a full nodelist and tried to update it with the next diff.  However, 
it may not have been Xlax's fault after all since apparently it coincided with 
a different archiver being used to archive the diffs.  I'm going to see if I 
can manually unpack the next nodediff, then run Xlaxdiff.  We Shall See...
