1.  The seen-by lines are stripped whenever messages cross from one Zone to 
another.
2.  The .PKT forwarding feature doesn't work properly.

If you don't have any out-of-zone echomail connections and don't forward .PKTs 
for your links, you shouldn't have any other major issues.
