Tobias Burkhardt owns the software.  He has a company Software Technik 
Burkhardt.
He lives in Germany and AFAIK he's still around.  Try Google.

Used to cost about US$30.  I used an international money order (from a bank, 
USPS
international money orders aren't accepted in Germany) but he may still accept 
credit
cards.
