Actually, it does. I deleted all the hand-entered msg bases in both EleBBS and
Fastecho, and while I was planning to start again, it actually worked-created
the echoes in BOTH FastEcho and EleBBS. 

It only creates them in one 'area default', but that's better than having to
type 600 message bases in EleBBS and the same number in FastEcho-plus less
chance of mistakes.
