I'm not too sure, as I don't use FE to route/pack netmail but here's a coupla 
things that I've spotted that *might* be the cause .....

                             ^^^^^^^^
                             Perhaps this should be 2:2503/*.*

                             ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
                             Perhaps these two are telling FE to do             
                    the same thing and therefore causing                        
           confusion?
