I had HP DL360's and 380's and although they're nice... they need HP drives.

Non-HP drives appear to be missing a temperature sensor which causes the 
backplane controller to run the fans at full blast...  jet-engine full blast.

Ended up getting rid of them and going with two Dell R510's for storage, 24
hard drives total, and a R610 for Vmware EXSI....  the hard drives are a mix
of different brands and the controller doesn't complain at all.
