Added a new question in Config-Internet to allow specifying the home-path
to D'Bridge when its ran on Linux under DOSEMU, DOSBOX or other emulation.
The DBRIDGE.BNK file is now written with proper path "translation" for
Linux when this question is answered. The F1-Help and user manual were both
updated.
