I believe XP tells older install programs, like InstallShield, which
we use for Wildcat that it is an NT system.   Microsoft learned form Windows 
2000 to tell programs it is really an beefed up NT system.  Same with XP.

Since it is not going to say it is a Windows 95, the virtual ports
will not install.
