Yes. Cajun and Creole cooking are the specialty and where both styles were
born.

What more could there be to do on Dbridge other than make it 32/64 bit? It has
all the features anyone could dream of. It's at the right price too! I'd say
you're 99.9% there. Maybe Ward will let you have a few beers and relax. (-:
