because not all areafixes are the same...

personally speaking, i try to have a complete help for each areafix that i have 
to work with... sadly that's not always possible... some of the ones i have to 
work with are hpt, fastecho, dbridge, fmail, mystic, vfido, bbbs, mbse... i'm 
sure there are others... why do i have to work with them when i have one main 
feed? because they are downlinks and i keep asking for them to set no archiver 
for my system... some can and some cannot... some don't even offer the option 
in the areafix... it is a real crapshoot at times...
