Thanks.  Looks like I already had that enabled.  Strange because some of my old
DOS programs have NTVDM problems and cant run.  However they WILL run in the
COMMAND interpeter (not the CMD one).  Its too bad I cant make those programs
use the COMMAND interperter as default :(
