Ok I do have a modem on that computer.  Modem is on Com1.  I turned off the
modem but db still tries to answer.  I can't get into config of db to turn
off any modem settings.  I on install said Internet is the connection and the
first time I run it it tries to answer.

I disabled the modem in Device Manager and still the same result.
