I see Archie Swan has now entered the thread, and I bow to his infinite 
wisdom in the matter of protocols  ;-)  Actually, the results got me 
puzzled.  AIUI, my Binkley started by offering Hydra.  As the connect was 
Janus, I assumed that your end declined my Hydra, so my end tried Janus 
instead, and that's what the two agreed on.  ISTR asking which was "better" 
at the time I first looked at BTXE, some years ago, and was told Hydra, but 
I'm blowed if I can now remember why.
