Hello, All!

Thank you all for your ideas.  I currently have FleetStreet, GoldEd+ and 
SqEd/32 installed here, but I was looking for something faster... so, I made a 
CMD file that uses TEdit (comes with OS/2) to edit the message and the 
handy-dandy SendMsg utility to actually post the message. ;)

Yeah, I DO have all the Maximus files (which have to be reorganized and new 
stuff added). :P
