  Hi All,

 Since updating the system Binkley seems to be missing mail events. I run 
EleBBS and am usin Binkley v2.50. Node 1 is the dialup/mailer node and uses 
EleBBS/DOS and it handles the mail via ftp scripts and the other nodes are 
telnet nodes and are run with EleBBS/W32's Telsrv.

 The ftp scripts, when executed, work very well. However, once in a while 
(about 50% of the time), the event doesn't run.
