I am not convident, that BinkleyTerm can be used to make FTN mail/file exchanges possible over GSM modems, but it should be reasonably easy, using BinkD, all you would need to do, is sort out a means of exchanging IP address'es which would change each time you connect, unless you have a "secure" base station to operate from ... , and can leave your system on all the time ... BinkleyTerm I suspect is going to be problematic for the simple reason, that GSM Cellular providers no longer provide a digital/analogue interface for the use of analogue data modems ... , at least in this part of the world ... Have just gotten 2x SIM cards, from different providers, with what I hope are fully unrestricted APN's ... , which should allow me to run BinkD Servers on the systems which have those SIM's in a GSM data modem, attached to them. Now need to finish building the test systems ... , and see how things go ... :) Russell --- GoldED+/LNX 1.1.5 * Origin: Rusty's BBS - Bloemfontein, Free State, South Africa (5:7105/1) .
