It depends.  Some log analyzers don't work properly with minimal logging.
My system is set to 5.  Binkley shuts down at midnight on the first of
the month to close out that month's log; the script moves that log and then
restarts Binkley with a new log.

I was using somebody's Binkley log analyzer but I didn't like it so I wrote
my own REXX scripts that go through the log and do what I want.
