I don't use Binkley myself but I do use NetFoss and it comes with its own
fossil driver.  I run PcBoard and I have NetFoss and its telnet server
configured and it works fine.  I just tell PcBoard to use COM1 and a fossil
driver (instead of a serial port - COM1 COM2, etc).
