in binkd.cfg:

exec d:\\fido\\batch\\mailrcvd.bat *

in mailrcvd.bat:

if exist \fido\unsecure\*.pkt move \fido\unsecure\*.pkt \fido\secure\

So I automatically process *.pkt from the unsecure. Compressed mail is another story...
