If I had a user using this method to send a netmail (or myself for that fact),
I shouldn't have to manually do a poll. If it's in outgoing, binkd should pick
it up and do whatever it's supposed to do with it. I con't see the point in
flagging something for "crash" if it's not going to go through the while
process.
