Subj : no SRV record lookup

For some reason my binkd does not query for SRV records (neither binkp.net nor 
others). Any idea why?

This has never be a problem with other software and I also can get the SRV 
record with "dig". I don't think it has anything to do with the configured 
nameserver.

Binkd 1.1a-101 (Jan 31 2020 18:04:39/Linux)
Compilation flags: gcc, zlib, bzlib2, perl, https, amiga_4d_outbound.
