i'm working only with the binkd logs and analyzing them... i'm asking for a 
small feature request so that binkd can transmit PHN like other systems... if i 
could figure out how to add it to the code myself, i'd never have posted 
here... furrfu...

that does not cause binkd to transmit a PHN line like other systems do... how 
hard is this to understand???? :sigh:
