Binkd does binkp and binkp only. The binkp protocol is optimized for Fido over 
IP.

EMSI is optimized for modem over POTS. If you want to wallow in nostagia over 
old protocols, do it right. Get yourself a modem and a POTS line and do EMSI 
over POTS. That was what it was designed for.
