You can use Fred Riccio's FREQ-U utility for BINKD File requests, I use it here 
on my BINKD node (filegate.net:24554) because BBBS/Li running on my port 24555 
doesn't support freqs internally.  You supply an Okfiles.txt showing the 
locations of your files, and FREQ-U takes care of the requests.

There is a windows version and a linux version.  As far as I know, the MAC 
version remains untested but folks needing that version can contact Fred 
Riccio.  Here are the descriptions of the Linux and Windows versions and their 
respective locations via the web if you want to give them a try:
