OK... got it all worked out now.  It was a command line issue on the way I
started binkd.  All ports are now open on the Pi and I've connected.  Next
issue is to try and figure out why the server has an issue resolving
hub.tequilamockingbirdonline.net when I try to poll binkd to binkd or
telnet.  Using the NAT address works fine.
