They are not "requirements", but only options. "!" will run that exec line after /every/ .pkt that arrives. You don't want that. You want that exec line to run after all packets/files are recieved from the current connection. Removing the "!" will do that. "@" I have honestly never seen used, and you probably don't want a new window to be opened every time this happens, as it should run in the background.
