Subj : binkd.conf has changed??

A few weeks ago I noticed Binkd started spitting up errors messages saying that 
the binkd.conf has changed! Reloading configuration...
I got the latest from http://www.filegate.net/ipfn/i-binkd/BINKD.TXT and yest 
binkd still says same error messages over and over again. What do I do to fix 
this? Does it even need fixing?
