Subj : Question about BINKD

Well, after some difficulities it looks like I have my new feed somewhat
working.  I'm not even sure what I did to get it working but I did.  Could have
been an unseen character or space in Binkd.

Now my question.  In the configuration flag I've always seen the line that a
"Toss Flag" should be created when mail is sent. And there is a directory in
either Binkd or Terminate called Toss Flag but there is never anything that
gets put there.

So the question is what is the toss flag where should it be and what should
I see there, and how do I get Binkd to DO the toss flag.
