husky is a project that maintains numerous tools and utilities... HPT is their 
tosser... HTIC is their tic processor... they have quite a few more but i only 
use HPT with GoldED+ on this system... this is also the only system (for now) 
where i'm using husky stuff... it is a little tricky to get the initial 
compiling done but once it is done and the procedure order is known (and 
scripted for future use), it all goes well...
