No it has Platnium Express which is a totally different approach from
Arcmail or Binkley's "Flo" files.  It's bizzarre... apparently Internet
Rexx figured it out.

We both use platinum express which is a beautiful tosser... but the
mailer side is lacking binkp... and sadly it will never, ever be added
to it.
