Anyway, even when one is single homed, it is normal to have mmultiple addresses on IPv6. Link local, ULA, SLAAC, static, DHCP6 and one or more PE addresses. Any of these addresses could be the target of an incoming binkp connection and it may be usefull to optionally log it for debug purposes.
