at least this one requires libc066.dll on os/2 ecs... i don't know about the 
others... i had to hunt 066 down and add it to my dll library... i also renamed 
my existing 065's dll to dllx and replaced it with the 065 forwarder... have 
had one transfer so far... machine is still working and doesn't seem to be 
locked up or frozen... let's see what happens when allfix/2 gets run the next 
time... that's usually where my conflicts between binkd and allfix are seen for 
some reason...
