Using both options gives you double the reliability -- for starters. Also, if you use the daily-list issued by some ZCs you usually get faster propagation time for the URL changes that you rely on. Sometimes changes at the internet can move faster than what your weekly nodelist (that I think the binkp.net service relies on) can cope with.
