Also 127.0.0.x other than 127.0.0.1 may be a special case which shouldn't be 
called..

If you set a host offline at dyndns.com, it will get address 216.146.38.125. 
There's no binkd answering so it wont cause any harm. Maybe some other dynamic 
dns provider may use 0.0.0.0 when the host is marked offline?

Anyway, a list of undialable ip's might be useful in some cases.
