I have a web Directory with a section for Winserver BBS's.  It's free to list your site.  Just 
go to: https://www.isp-list.biz/cgi-bin/pseek/addurl.cgi?cid=6

I can also create a sub-directory for other software BBS's as well.  Just use the 'Suggest 
Category' field to define the type of BBS software that you use.
