To begin the 5150 is not hampered by a hard drive

the programs exist on two 360 5.25 floppy disks
drive A: has DOS and a BBS to answer incoming calls
theres no onboard closk so the date & the time must be set

on drive B: the program TELIX { my com program } to dial here
or the WEB thru the local LIBRARY using a LYNX connection
on the dial in {automated by scrip an an AC line timer

so that it can call without any OPerator necessary
in other words it can work just fine in its A{nswer) or
B[Dial] mode. with the only problem i know of
