  But who will work for free on that?  ie: Let's say I wrote a tosser for
WINS that was modern and worked perfectly.  I would put in... (James would be
better then I at this) let's say 800 hours of time.  For free.  For a product
the author still sells.

  Doesn't make sense.  You'll never have a modern tosser for that software
