I had a typo in 10 and it might have "upscaling" on. Upscaling is amazing, but its much slower, and if you are running it on a lower resolution it could look terrible (it needs a window size of at least 1280x960). ALT+ENTER will cycle through resolutions that are a 1:1 ratio to DOS, until it eventually goes full screen. Currently it stretches to fit full screen, so you may have some slight change regardless which might be way you are seeing. I may make an option to letterbox the sides too, in order to keep it 1:1 always, even when full screen, but initial feedback liked it stretched like it is. Anyway NetRunner is the closest you're going to get right now to a "DOS on a CRT monitor" type experience!
