Hello All,

I may have stumbled onto the answer.. and I haven't even had a drink yet today.

I now have my TZ variable set to PDT+7 and TZUTC set to -0700 and I think my
TZUTC kludge now says -0700 as it should.

I'm not sure if that is the correct way to do it but I think my TZUTC kludge is
 correct now.. :)
