Subj : Gravel vacuum recommendat

My tank's a whole 8 weeks old, and all the occupants are happy for now, 
but its starting to build up a layer of poop and uneaten food.

Anyone have suggestions for a brand or type of gravel vacuum? Anything I 
should avoid?
