This if true.  When they changed the rules, I happened to be stationed in our
capital city of Ottawa, working at National Defence HQ.  The DOC (at the time)
which is now Industry Canada, was almost around the corner from where I was
living.  I had my license a week later <G>

There is another reason for that.  A woman's voice carries much better

I'm not sure if you have to write both basic and advanced here, or just the
advanced to get the advanced license.
