Fun fact though... If a cop or emergency team walk up to an unconscious/ non-responsive  person they are allowed to render assistance on that person. 

From a legal perspective, they argue, had he been able to consent he would have.  Since he was unresponsive their consent is assumed.

Fast forward to 2025.  Man dies on NY subway.  An illegal alien molests and rapes his dead corps using the same logic... The dead, and non-responsive, person was assumed to have consented to this treatment.

Now in 2025 there'll be people on FidoNET wanting to defend the illegal and completely ignoring the poor guy who had is dead body violated.
