And that's what they may do.  This is 2025 it'll be more than easy to prove if someone is here legally... Less than 5 minutes.  And if you are in the US illegally you may get deported.  As per current law.

BTW, was it not you that claimed a 2 YO American citizen was deported??  If not, skip this part... This is not true...   The mother of the child was deported, not the child.  The mother had 2 children, one born outside of the US and the other inside the US.  

The mother wanted to take her babies with her.  The Feds did a DNA test to show that she was the parent and let her leave with both kids.

Now, she could have left him with a relative... But the parent chose to take the US born child with her.  That child, if deemed to be a citizen may return at any point.

The reason I made that last statement is because the Supreme Court has agreed to hear arguments on Birth Right Citizenship... I've heard reasonable arguments that this is not a right.

Stop drinking the Kool-Aide and support your fellow Americans, the defenseless women and children need your support.

BTW, the Due Process you talk about... I saw Mark Levin talk about this during the past weekend.  He spent a great deal of and he showed that the Supreme Court has made rulings that were all over the place on this topic.

I think the 5 minute hearing in Gitmo is all the Due Process needed.  Give them an appeals process the can follow.

BTW, El Salvidor is safer than some of the Democrat managed hell holes some of these migrants were arrested in.
