He had a hearing scheduled to determine that.  Since DHS probably used a
list of folks who had hearings scheduled to determine where they'd be and
when to grab them up, we won't likely ever know the answer to your question.

As I told Aaron, if these people are really dangerous, like he and you
claim, why aren't we sending them to GITMO -- where we are in charge of
what goes on -- like we have before?

If they were being sent there to await trial, that'd shut me up.  As I
pointed out, you and Aaron could still get your kicks watching "the
lefties" squirm over it, but it'd have been fine with me.

But doing what is right, or what makes sense, isn't the point.
