Meanwhile, the current administration has developed a bad habit of sending
emails and letters to *citizens* telling them they have to leave the
country *immediately*.

I don't want MS-13 here, but I also don't understand why they are pestering
law-abiding *citizens*.  BTW, the two cases that I have posted about here
are not latino and were born here.  If you watch the videos you can see
that.  Put a red hat on either of them and they could pass for MAGA easily.
