My journey to the US started for me in the 90s.  I became a citizen in 2004... As an adult looking back I believe that I was always an American but I was raised by Aliens...  

I have friends in  Canada hyperventilating over the Canadian election  and I sleep well every night knowing that we have a president who loves us fighting every second of the day for us!!!

BTW, I told my wife to make me a sandwich or I'd call ICE... She made me a sandwich and then threaten to stab be with the butter knife that she made the sandwich with... The stabbing would have been Tren de Argua or MS13 style... But I was able to fix things by telling her to calm down and stop acting liker her mother!!!  :)
