Are you sure about that? Everything I've read about this indicates that he's a Salvadoran national.

The constitution didn't exist when the Declaration of Independence was written, so IMO it overrides the Declaration of Independence.

There are things he'd like to do but can't, but I enjoy hearing about the things that "he'd like to do."
